Sometimes its hard to forgive but in our hearts we must some how.

Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

I have forgiven, but deep down the pain remains

Joy, I share your opinion on this, I try to forgive although one or two experiences can still make my blood boil, not good will try harder!

The sun rises tomorrow,,and that is where I try to be, not stuck in the past,,not always easy to do for me.. I try to understand that other person from their view. My view is not always correct. I am not a grudge holder; just a person that limits the interaction with that person.
Have a good night Joy.

To be able to forgive and be forgiven is an awesome thing.

First penny.......... to forgive is much deeper than just accepting to hear the words "I'm sorry" .. to truly forgive is to accept what has happened and then NOT holding that event or action against the person seeking to apologize. I am NOT suggesting to forget, merely holding that event or action as a lesson life has somehow deemed that we needed to learn.

second penny..... the best apology is a changed behavior!
